Growing up, most little girls wanted Barbie dolls, dresses, and to play house - not me. I must have had a thousand stuffed animals and about ZERO dolls. To this day, I want all the dogs, cats, horses, and bunnies I can handle, please!

 

I'm Jillian, the person behind the lens at Gone To the Dogs Photography. (And the pretty Golden girl is my pup Tulsi!) Animals have been a huge part of my life ever since I can remember. My husband and I, native Vermonters, live in Colchester with our three dogs Ivy, Tulsi, and Tripp, three cats, four horses, a handful of ducks, and a LOT of chickens. I'm a graduate of Animal Behavior College's Dog Obedience program and the University of Washington's Applied Animal Behavior certificate program.

When I'm not doing farm chores and feeding critters, you can find me at the gym or out riding around on my Harley Davidson. On the rare occasion that I'm at home sitting down, I'm probably listening to my favorite podcast, "We Drink and Farm Things" or editing photos while listening to a reggae station on Pandora.
